All outcall + transportation. Incall may require incall fees.
Overnights - start with dinner end with breakfast. Dinner is always available if you pre-book.
Extended dates - I don't watch time to the exact minute like a hundred meter race. This is designed to make both of us feel comfortable so we don't need to rush and the date can start and finish naturally. Do not abuse this and be mindful of the time. Book longer time if needed.
Dates 6-hour plus - You will let me know the activity you would like to do and the hours you want to spend indoor and we can proceed from there.
No extension - I don’t like it. For all dates involving social activities, I will give you several rate-hour packages, and you will pay the maximum. In the rare case if we do end more than 2 hours early (most likely won’t because time flies), I will give you back cash on the spot, according to the packages given.

Rate quoted based on time, distance, and availability. Phone call is available to work out logistics prior to meeting.

500 USD upfront consultation fee to start FMTY discussion. Once trip is confirmed, it counts toward the final rate.

Social Dates
Platonic lunch/dinner, sports (golf, hiking, biking, etc.) and more.
Rates bespoke. Inquire with itinerary.
I quote rate based on activity. Golf date will be different than restaurant date, for example.

Arrangements
Preferred. Available for those who wish to meet me regularly. Exclusive or semi-exclusive.
3 months minimum.
Deposits, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Dates under 6 hours - 25% deposit.
Dates of 6 hours or more - 50% deposit.
FMTY dates - 50% deposit + prepaid round-trip airfare.
*For privacy concerns I will book my own tickets.
Dates are secured on a first-come-first-serve basis. Deposits count toward my consideration and are non-refundable.

Cancellation less than 72 hours - 50% fee.
Cancellation less than 48 hours/No-show - 100% fee.
For my personal reasons such as catching a cold etc., the deposit will be returned promptly.
